How do I apply?
|
|
Stir thoroughly before and several times during application from the bottom up. Use a pump-up garden sprayer, brush, or roller. Minimum temperature for application is 45 degrees. Do not apply when the surface is hot to the touch or stain will not properly penetrate. Apply only if rain is not likely in the next 24 hours. Concrete type, texture, and color will affect finished appearance.

| Do I always need to use a sealer?

Yes. A sealer will give the finish added protection and durability.

|
|
The best way to clean and maintain is to sweep or hose down frequently and twice a season or more often if you wish use Penofin ProTech Cleaner according to the instructions on the bottle.

What do I have to do to refinish a surface with a prior finish?
|
|
Yes. Sanding and then vacuuming the surface is recommended.
|

How long does it last both on horizontal and vertical surfaces?
|
|
Approximately 2-3 years before recoating.

| Can I use ½ a can and store the rest?
|
| Yes, if you have a tight seal it will store. However, like all latex paint it will require considerable stirring after being stored a year or more. |
